Please give me feedback, thoughts and experiences.

I just have 2 questions though

1) Can I do ok without capping QUI or should I take a bit from DEX and add to QUI?

2) How will I do in RvR (will not use this setup for PvE) with +0 to instruments? Any difference in DD output?

I set out to build a template with all the usual stuff, but also with these conditions:

#1: contain pheobus' harp
#2: no important loss of stats whatever is equipped (e.g losing strength with instument equipped is OK, but losing heat resist is not)
#3: 11 stealth and 11 instruments whatever is equipped

This template, in my humble opinion, is suited for those of us who love our artifact toys and our pets. I dont usually try to make Spellcrafting templates so I would really appreicate any constructive criticsm on this. My playstyle is that of Beastmaster. Btw, for those of you with croc / GoV / scalars the new passage of conflict is great for a pet minstrel and a bbot. I just charmed the lvl 53 mob at the entrance and went to town.
